At 52, post-menopausal, with mature dry skin, the neck has become one of the areas I pay the most attention to. Between weight loss and lowered estrogen, I’ve noticed more looseness, dryness, and crepey texture there. It’s a very common concern, but also one of the harder areas to improve. That’s why I’m always realistic about neck products. This is not a miracle cure. No topical cream is going to dramatically lift significant sagging or replace procedures. I think it’s important to say that upfront because many neck creams overpromise. What this does well is something more realistic and still very valuable: maintenance. The texture is rich, smooth, fragrance-free, and very comfortable for the neck area, which often needs more moisture than the face. It spreads easily, absorbs nicely, and leaves the skin feeling nourished rather than sticky. With regular use, I noticed the neck looked better hydrated, softer, and less papery. Crepey texture appeared improved because the skin was more moisturized and supple. That matters more than people realize. When the neck is dry, every line and fold tends to look more obvious. When it is properly hydrated, the area looks smoother and healthier. I especially like using this morning and night with upward massage motions. Consistency is where products like this earn their place. It’s not about dramatic overnight transformation—it’s about keeping the area looking as good as possible over time. The formula is focused on barrier support and firming-style maintenance, which makes sense for the neck where skin can become thinner and more fragile with age. For post-menopausal skin, barrier care often becomes just as important as active ingredients. Who is this best for? Anyone noticing neck dryness, mild crepiness, texture changes after weight loss, mature skin concerns, or people wanting a dedicated neck product that feels richer than a standard face cream. Who may not love it? If you expect dramatic tightening from any cream alone, expectations should be adjusted. If you prefer very lightweight lotions, this may feel richer than you want.

Smells like strong roses, I Love it! But the results were faster than I expected! Eady application, it was gentle. No skin burning or tightening. Great thick moisturizing consistency! It may seem pricey for some people. A little goes a long way! And All the Dr. Melaxin products are extremely worth it!!

I just love, love, love this firming cream! It has helped significantly with my neck area, making it feel so much firmer and more lifted. I have tried many personal care products, but the ECM-5 20,000ppm formula in this one really sets it apart. It absorbs beautifully and delivers noticeable results. I am incredibly happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective neck cream!

I absolutely love how this makes my skin feel. I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last year and has resulted in some loose skin under my chin. I can definitely tell a difference in the overall look of my skin. It does have a floral scent that others have commented on but I feel like it dissipates quickly. The product absorbs pretty fast as well considering how thick the formula is which isn’t a bad thing. It makes it so a little bit can go a long way! Overall my skin feels amazing and it has definitely become a staple in my routine.
