30-day return request window

You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Email contact@melaxindrstore.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request. Keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Eligibility for change-of-mind returns

Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Any original hygiene or tamper-evident seal must remain intact. Discounted products follow the same eligibility rules as full-price products.

Opened or used cosmetics, or cosmetics with a broken hygiene seal, are not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return. This restriction does not remove your applicable rights if goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from their description, or any other mandatory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly at contact@melaxindrstore.com if there is a problem. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photographs, if available, can help us investigate. Do not discard the product or packaging before receiving instructions. We will investigate and explain the appropriate resolution without limiting applicable consumer rights.

Return instructions and exchanges

Contact us before sending goods back so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address. The business address of Brand501 Corporation, the store operator, published on our Contact Information page is not automatically the return destination for store orders. Do not send a parcel to that address unless we explicitly identify it in your return instructions.

For an exchange, contact us to discuss availability and the return process before ordering a replacement.

Return destination and shipping costs

Returns are sent to the United States. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the cost of return shipping. If you are returning goods from another country, this involves international return shipping to the United States. Contact contact@melaxindrstore.com before sending your parcel to obtain the specific return address and instructions.

This customer-paid shipping rule applies to change-of-mind returns. It does not override any applicable rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Contact us for instructions if there is a problem with your order.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return and explain whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, email contact@melaxindrstore.com.

Statutory consumer rights

Our voluntary 30-day policy does not replace mandatory rights under the law applicable to your purchase. Where an EU statutory right of withdrawal applies, the normal withdrawal period is 14 days after delivery, subject to lawful exceptions, including sealed goods that become unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed. Applicable statutory return and reimbursement rules take precedence over incompatible conditions in this policy.
